Slidell Bible Chapel is a non-denominational Christian church located in Slidell, Louisiana. We seek to follow the New Testament pattern for the church. Among other things, this means that we:
  • are evangelistic
  • believe in the necessity of being "born again"
  • are shepherded by a plurality of elders who meet the Biblical qualifications
  • enjoy Bible ministry by a number of gifted brethren
  • meet weekly to "break bread"

 

At Slidell Bible Chapel, we know that we are not the only people who love God and who are seeking to follow Him; but together, we have found a warm and caring fellowship that seeks to fully embrace grace and truth.

Slidell Christian Academy 

 A quality education with biblical Christianity at it's foundation! Building character, citizenship, and spiritual convictions as well as knowledge in order to equip every child to succeed in life, not just in business! Founded in 1986, Slidell Christian Academy is an Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) Member School since 1994. Slidell Christian Academy was created, and exists today, as an extension of the body of Christ. It is our goal to provide a safe, challenging environment where each child will experience the joy of learning and succeeding in academics as well as becoming all that God created them to be! Lolli-Pop Ranch Christian Pre-School & Day Care
 
 
We provide a safe, healthy, loving Christian environment. We are committed to providing the very best possible care and education for your child. We are fully state licensed and inspected. Our care-giver to child ratio is monitored and kept well above that found in other day cares and as required by the state. Our small size provides more personal attention and care for your child in a loving, family style environment. Your child's food is prepared far "over and above" what is required by state regulations. They are served hot meals with healthy portions fit for active children. Your child's mind is challenged too. The complete A Beka Book Curriculum is utilized for children enrolled ages 2 through 5. This curriculum was specially designed for church operated schools, and we believe it is the best available and worth the expense to make it available to you and your children. To the best of our knowledge, all of the children who have completed our classes and gone on to other public/private schools have been well ahead of their non A Beka schooled class mates. Your child's spiritual needs are met through a Daily Bible Lesson, and a Weekly "Chapel Time" in the main chapel building. These are really great times of enjoying some fun around learning what the Bible beaches. Additionally, there is a spiritual and moral ethic prevalent at Lolli-Pop Ranch which is intended to supplement parental training with the goal of building healthier and happier homes and families. Awana is an international youth program offered by Slidell Bible Chapel as a positive influence in the development of young people.  The Awana name is derived from a principle in the Bible found in 2nd Timothy 2:15 which reads, "Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed." The purpose of Awana is stated best in the pledge to the Awana flag which says, "I pledge allegiance to the Awana flag, which stands for the Awana Clubs, whose goal is to reach boys and girls with the gospel of Christ, and train them to serve Him." The Awana Clubs offer sound biblical instruction, scripture memory, fun games, great christian fellowship, and awards for learning and understanding scripture verses and good sportsmanship. The Awana Clubs that meet at Slidell Bible Chapel are: Sparks - K (5 years old by Oct. 1)-2nd graders, Truth and Training - 3rd-6th graders, and Trek - 7th-9th graders.
